Casanova RICO Affiliate Sentenced For Homicide Of Teenager

Casanova’s recognized affiliate and ring chief of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Bloods Gang (Gorilla Stone) has been sentenced in connection to a RICO case and homicide. 

On Thursday (February 22), Brandon Soto—also called Stacks—was sentenced to 35 years in jail by U.S. District Decide Philip M. Halpern for costs that embrace racketeering, transferring a firearm to a juvenile and conspiracy to commit arson in his function main Gorilla Stone. In keeping with the USA Legal professional’s Workplace for the Southern District of New York, Soto’s case is rooted in his conviction for “participation within the racketeering conspiracy” of planning a teenage Gorilla Stone member to homicide a rival gang member.

In September 2020, SOTO drove the juvenile shooter to a location and offered him with the gun he used to commit the deadly capturing of 15-year-old Jalani Jones. Investigators recovered messages from Soto’s Instagram account and cellphones, which detailed his involvement in planning the homicide.

In an announcement on Soto’s conviction, U.S. Legal professional Damian Williams described the crime as a “horrific act” dedicated amongst the general public.

“Brandon Soto used his management function within the violent Gorilla Stone gang to direct a teen to kill a 15-year-old boy, who was using his bike down the road.  This horrific act of violence was dedicated in broad daylight as babies regarded on simply toes away.

In December 2020, Soto was among the many 18 people who had been charged in within the sweeping indictment towards Gorilla Stone. In June 2021, Soto was was dealing with the dying penalty for the costs he was ultimately convicted on.
