Missy Elliott is ready to return to the highlight in grand vogue, teasing followers with guarantees of a deluge of latest music.
The Hip-Hop luminary, absent from the album scene since releasing The Cookbook 19 years in the past, revealed she has produced sufficient materials for six new albums.
In April, the revered artist introduced her imminent first headlining tour, “Out of This World: The Missy Elliott Expertise.”
The tour, that includes collaborators Ciara and Busta Rhymes, will captivate audiences throughout North America from early July by late August.
Selling the tour in an interview with Selection, Missy Elliott hinted on the arrival of a recent album.
“When you’re a author and a producer, I’m fairly positive I can in all probability converse for lots of these forms of individuals, that they’re recording on a regular basis. So I in all probability have a minimum of six albums value of music at this level,” Missy Elliott disclosed.
She spoke of her longtime collaborator Timbaland urging her, saying, “‘What you ready for? So what you ready for then?’ I be like, I don’t know.”
Elliott steered her album could also be introduced unexpectedly.
“I imagine that it’ll be a day that everyone’s happening about their means, and you then simply look on-line and see an album date from me. So yeah, I feel that’ll occur ahead of later.”
